• Pages vs. Posts. What is the difference?
• Adding, formatting, and labeling images for your posts and pages
• Uploading and organizing your images using the Gallery Manager

This session will be hosted online so you can see hands-on how to work with pages, posts, and images on your existing site.

The first step is to identify the jobs your site needs to be doing.  Here are some common jobs and ways you can tell if your site is working.

1. Lead generation: This one is easy – Are you getting leads?  Are they good leads?  Are they profitable?
2. Customer Portal: Can you r customers communicate easily with you through the site? Can they make new orders or get statuses on existing orders? Is it saving you phone calls? Is it improving client/business relations?
3. Billing Portal: Can you r customers : view, print, or pay bills online? (Redundant? )Do you need to make too many follow up phone calls?  Is it preventing double entry?
4. Document Control: Can people download what they need? Can you do online signatures? Is the process clearer than without the site?
5. Tracking: Are statuses clear? Are the alerts working? Is it improving customer relations; are customers happy? Is it saving you time and money?

These are just a sampling of the jobs a site can do. If you aren’t sure how well your site is performing, take the first step in improving it.  Start by thinking about what you WISH your web site would do.
